Having decided upon your preferred
location, register with your chosen balloon operator and advise them of
your availability. The operator will then contact you when there is a
promising weather forecast, and Champagne Hot Air Balloon
flight Experiences are being arranged for your preferred day, to see if
you are available. Follow the balloon operator 's pre-flight
instructions, call for a final weather check the evening prior to your
morning flight to ensure the weather is suitable, and arrive in plenty
of time for your flight.

You must not fly if you are
pregnant or under the influence of alcohol. You must obey all requests
and instructions issued by the operators representative and take
particular care to abide by any safety instructions given. The operator
will not fly children under the age of 8. A child under the age of 16
will only be flown if accompanied by an adult. You must be 4 " 6 ' or
taller to participate in this experience.
Flights are subject to weather conditions and sufficient passengers
booked. If the operator is unable to fly on your first booked date your
flight is moved forward to the next mutually convenient date.
Flights last about an hour, the whole experience lasts around three hours.
Cameras and videos are welcome so bring plenty of film.
